All art is handmade by Marios Siakantaris, and a signed certificate of authenticity included.

If you are unhappy with the product you may return at your own shipping cost within 3 days.  Acceptable reasons for refund is extensive damage, not *expected wear and tear.

*expected wear and tear don't include small scratches which may appear and occur due to the extreme sensitivity of the mirror.

 

RETURN POLICY

My only intention and wish is that you will enjoy your purchase and that it will meet your expectations. The photographic archive of all art on this website has been carefully executed and presented in a way to honestly represent the actual art with minimum misconceptions or visual distortions. Also, boxing and packaging is guarantied to ensure safe delivery unless extreme circumstances arise.
Your feedback and questions are extremely valuable to me and I love to hear from you.

Note: Minor mirror and clay flaws is not an eligible reason for return. Your purchase is a handmade collectible art painting made out sensitive materials. It is not an industrial product.
However, if you feel that the the actual art doesn't represent you I am more than happy to replace it or refund it within 3  days of the delivery.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 3 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be executed by DHL Worldwide shipping.

Return Procedure:

Pack the artwork back in the original box as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package. No return will be accepted without the proper paperwork and the works need to be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging to qualify for returns.

For Damaged Deliveries:
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to siakantarismarios@yahoo.com. I will get back to you in 2 business days on how to proceed with your order.
